FlipFlopsCity.com is committed to you being fully satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you would like to return any unused products, please follow these guidelines.

NB. Items must be returned within 28 days from date of purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY:

We will need your name, order number and details of the item you wish to return, plus the particulars of any exchange required. If you do not have these details available then pass on as much information as possible.

Items must be returned with all their tags and in the same packaging they arrived in. Please return to:

Please include any relevant information and reason for exchange in the returns parcel.

NB. The customer is responsible for all return delivery costs unless an item has been delivered to you either faulty or incorrectly. If you have received an item that is faulty or sent incorrectly, please contact our customer service team directly by phone or email and we will then agree in writing to refund the cost of any postage due.

Items should be returned via Royal Mail recorded delivery as this will provide you with a tracking number for the item you are returning. We will not accept any responsibility for goods not returned by recorded delivery.

All exchanges will be shipped out via Royal Mail 2nd class, unless otherwise agreed in writing with our customer service team.

On receipt of the returned product and following inspection to ensure it has been received in perfect condition, FlipFlopsCity.Com will issue a full refund through the same payment facility used for the original purchase less the original delivery charge.

Any used items will be denied a refund and returned to the customer at his/her expense.

Warranty items are subject to inspection and only eligible for repair, replacement or disposal.
